Office 365 'More information required' on login I have set up an office 365 organization with 3 users. Upon logging in we get the following message "More info required your organization needs more information to keep your account secure" See attached If I click next we are then required to set up the authentication app.

 

Enter the product key for activation through the internet without using account. I normally install office Downloaded office suite from ODT I added Productkey included in the configuration file after installation I wont enter product key office suite will be activated automatically. I am working as a mathematics lecturer at PU College.

 

I am part of a family subscription to Office 365. I have a desktop and laptop signed into Office 365. Recently on my desktop (only) I am being asked to sign in every most times I open an Office app.

 

How can we disable Multi Factor Authentication to all users in our Office 365? We received an email stating that "The security defaults setting for your Company tenant will be turned on by May 8 2023" how can we bypass this update that the multifactor authentication will not push through automatically?

I don't want to log out other users on the PC from office 365 (for testing) to avoid the same issue as I have tried creating a new Microsoft account (for testing) but when logging in with that new account the same issue occurs.

 

Note: If you?re an end-user please coordinate with your school's Office 365 Global Administrator to handle these steps. Please follow these steps and let me know the outcome.
